Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup. (5 minutes)

02

Step

Cut the salmon fillet into 4 equal portions. Arrange the salmon pieces in the center of the prepared baking sheet. Season the salmon evenly with garlic salt. Arrange the trimmed asparagus spears around the salmon. (5 minutes)

03

Step

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and Greek seasoning. In a separate small bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese and chopped Kalamata olives. (3 minutes)

04

Step

Brush half of the olive oil mixture generously over the salmon fillets. Drizzle the remaining oil mixture evenly over the asparagus spears. (2 minutes)

05

Step

Bake in the preheated oven until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, approximately 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon. During the last 5 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the feta cheese and olive mixture evenly over the salmon. (15 minutes)

06

Step

Remove from oven and serve immediately. This dish pairs beautifully with a side of lemon-infused rice or a simple Greek salad.

For enhanced flavor, marinate the salmon in the olive oil mixture for 30 minutes before baking.
If you prefer a crisper asparagus, toss it with a bit of olive oil and salt before arranging it on the sheet pan.
Feel free to add other vegetables to the sheet pan, such as bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, or red onion.
A squeeze of fresh lemon juice over the finished dish will further brighten the flavors.
